Sam McDonald has joined the James Sellicks Group as one of their General Practice Surveyors and the Business Development Manager for the group. Sam is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and comes with over 15 years’ experience in the residential, investment and development markets. James Sellicks is an RICS Regulated Company offering their clients the highest level of service in both residential sales, residential lettings and survey work from their offices in Leicester, Market Harborough and Oakham.
In addition he will be promoting the land and development department through the “James Sellicks Special Projects” which has been an integral part of Leicester’s regeneration since the late 1990s and has looked after some iconic developments in the City Centre and Cultural Quarter, and continues to do so. They will be working closely with developers and land owners in Leicester and the surrounding villages, providing expert advice and utilising all departments within the group. This is an exciting time for Leicestershire, and as has been the case for over 20 years, James Sellicks will be at the forefront of local activity and promotion.
