There are few, if any, more rewarding achievements then members of my team achieving recognition for outstanding customer service. I have witnessed this first-hand over the last decade and in the case of Rita Tailor, three decades! their outstanding work and how they care about all of our clients.
For this to be recognised independently by All Agents, who are the ‘Trip Advisor’ for estate agents makes this all the more rewarding. It takes a bit of an effort for clients to enter their reviews, particularly given that it is a very busy time for them. We are most grateful that they have felt able to make such positive comments. They would be the first to recognise that it is only through an all-round team effort that these successes can be achieved. I would like to thank each and every member of staff who deservedly share in these accolades.
