Can Homes Have Nine Lives?

Back to news

One of our properties has been featured in a Mail on Sunday article for homes or properties that have many lives or different uses throughout history.

Our feature was the unique Grade II Listed Queens Building in Leicester which has been a shoe factory, snooker hall, night club amongst other things. The property sits in the busy Cultural Quarter in the centre of Leicester.

The Cultural Quarter regeneration project began in the late 1990’s and has seen extensive residential development most of which is from the conversion of former factories although there are a small number of new build schemes.

The centerpiece of the project is the Vinoly designed 1,300 seat Curve Theatre which is directly opposite the subject property. The Curve is now one of the top ten producing theatres in the UK and was a £60m project, opening in 2008.

We still have apartments available from £210,000.
