We had one of the busiest months in November for years at James Sellicks Estate Agents.
Over 500 viewings, over 150 valuations booked, 58 sales agreed and 33 completions.
Time is of the essence to take advantage of the #stampdutyholiday which is due to finish of 31st March 2021. As the Chancellor has given no indication that this break will be extended at the present time, the pressure is on for conveyancers and lenders alike to meet the deadline. We are encouraging all buyers to consider their funding arrangements should their chain run into April 2021.
