A survey is important as your home is likely to be the biggest, most important purchase you will ever make. A survey to check that the building is sound, and identify the extent of repair work, if any that is required.

The advice of a Chartered Surveyor could save you a huge amount of money in expensive repairs later on, and potentially allow you to renegotiate your offer.

There are several types of surveys, so understanding the differences between them will help you to pick the right survey to suit your needs.  You can look at the different types of surveys on our website www.shiresurveyors.co.uk.

If you require any further advice please do not hesitate to contact our office, where we can guide you through the options.

Our Chartered Surveyors are always willing to chat with you after they have been to the property and give you a general overview before you receive the report.  Any possible concerns you may have about the property can be can be included in the survey.
We pride ourselves on our personal and professional service and look forward to helping you with the purchase of your new home.
